Domus e Pratzas – Sapori d’Autunno 2025 a Vallermosa

18–19 October 2025: two days celebrating the cultural, food and wine, and craft heritage of the territory.

Unione dei Comuni Monte Idda e Fanaris is pleased to announce the return of Domus e Pratzas – Autumn Flavours, the event that has been celebrating the heritage of Vallermosa for ten years.

L’appuntamento è per sabato 18 e domenica 19 ottobre 2025 nel centro storico, con un ricco programma di eventi, degustazioni e spettacoli completamente gratuiti.

Celebrating the historic centre

Il cuore della manifestazione è l’apertura delle antiche domus e pratzas, le case e i cortili in terra cruda che caratterizzano l’architettura tradizionale. Una mostra mercato con oltre 100 stand offrirà prodotti tipici di qualità: mieli, formaggi, vini, conserve e manufatti artigianali.

Traditional food festivals:

9th Sagra de Is Morettus.

6th Sagra de Is Pardulas.

Show cooking con chef Graziano de “Sa Forredda” (sabato) e chef “Cozzina” (domenica), dimostrazioni di lavorazione del formaggio e cottura del pane nel forno a legna.

Food areas will serve traditional local lunches and dinners.

Grand parade with over 170 participants in traditional dress.

Choirs Cantos de Jara and Boghes de gaudiu onu.
